The Old West End, Blaine/Southeast and East Central neighborhoods participated in the Muncie Sanitary District’s Spring 2014 neighborhood cleanups with groups of residents working from 8:00 am to 11:00 am picking up trash in the alleys and along the streets. The event was a great success in helping to beautify Muncie’s neighborhoods. Thank you to all those who participated!
