In partnership with Ball State University’s Sociology Department, this survey was created to develop a baseline for the impact neighborhood work has on improving image. We’ve shared the survey with the Neighborhood Leadership Council and leaders of the selected neighborhoods to gather feedback.
We chose neighborhoods that have strong associations and who are currently utilizing ARP funding to support improvement projects. The survey is focusing on the following neighborhoods: Ludingwood, Minnetrista Central, Morningside, and Old West End.
We will be gathering survey results through Dec. 01, 2025. You may see yard signs, door hangers, or fliers posted in your neighborhood and social media posts and emails from your neighborhood association. Please help us spread the word!
