$2 Tour of the Village

Live music and huge discounts on items ranging from FREE to just $2!

The Riverside-Normal City Neighborhood Association is excited to co-host a $2 Tour of the Village! Participating Village merchants will be offering $2 items that range from an Art Mart goodie bag to $2 stix from Hot Box and $2 tots from Roots. Entertainment will begin at 3:00 PM with a live band on the east stage next to Greek’s Pizza and the Code Red Dance Team will kick off the east stage entertainment in front of Game Day.

The event will showcase local Village businesses, introduce area artists and vendors, and promote the Riverside-Normal City neighborhood and its unique features, like the neighborhood’s prime location between Ball State, downtown Muncie, and Minnetrista!

Join us for the Painted Mug Workshop at veteran-owned Made In Muncie Pottery! Technique instruction, bare pottery for the project, all glazes and supplies, and firing of the project piece is provided! This workshop is designed to show you specialized techniques that you can add your own creativity!

About the Instructor
Toren Scott is a clay artist and Navy veteran from Muncie, Indiana. He has been the owner of Made in Muncie Pottery since 2012. His work includes small batch production pottery, sculptures, and functional forms.

It’s time for the Glass Alliance’s Annual Egg Sale!

Head to the Minnetrista Museum and Gardens Education Center in Oakhurst Gardens for the Annual Spring Glass Egg Sale, where you can purchase beautifully hand-crafted glass eggs and other themed pieces made by Ball State University students from the Marilyn K. Glick Center for Glass. Each unique piece makes a perfect keepsake or gift.
