Concert Choir will perform beloved 20th-century works by Franz Biebl and Morten Lauridsen, a Mozart sacred work, and a collection of light-hearted arrangements of Canadian folk songs.
Vox Anima will reprise some repertoire from Women of Song with works by Elaine Hagenberg, Melissa Dunphy, and Laura Jeksabone, in addition to performing a traditional Namibian play song “Tuli Tuli.”
University Choral Union will perform several iconic compositions including Red, Red Rose by Indiana composer James Mulholland, Omnia sol, a song of farewell, by Z. Randall Stroope, and Turn the World Around, by Harry Belafonte.
Cardinal Chorus will offer uplifting and spirited music, including a Canadian sea shanty.
The concert will close with all choirs (Concert Choir, Cardinal Chorus, Vox Anima, and University Choral Union) singing a setting of the African American spiritual “Ezekiel Saw the Wheel” by Moses Hogan. We will take time to acknowledge our graduating seniors.
Join us for the second WE FLY FEST! This FREE event will include entertainment, booths, games, and activities for the whole family at the Brown Family Amphitheater!
WE FLY FEST will begin at the Brown Family Amphitheater at 5 p.m. with information tables, games, a DJ, and food trucks. Pick up one of the many self-guided campus tour brochures or hop on the bus for a Student Experience tour. Then let’s all meet back at the amphitheater at 7 p.m. for a concert by the BALL STATE STUDIO BAND!

We’re turning porches into stages and sidewalks into dance floors for an afternoon of music, bites, and community vibes. The Faculty Artist Series features School of Music faculty sharing their talent and passion for music with the campus and community. This recital is free and open to the public.
