Connecting Muncie Neighborhood partners and resources

Join the Old West End neighborhood as they celebrate the grand opening of the City of Muncie’s newest pocket park. This event will be held in connection with Downtown’s Arts Walk activities.
The Old West End Neighborhood Association held the official opening of the Clifton-Wallace Park with a ceremony that included the planting of a memorial tree in honor of the neighborhood association’s founder, John Weinberger.
After the opening and planting ceremony, the OWE Neighborhood Association continued work on Community Circle park at the corner of Cherry and Main Streets.
